Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently do NOT ship to international destinations. We ship within Canada only.

Returns Policy

Eligible Returns: We accept returns on most products within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 10 days of notification.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on essential oils, fragrances, or base materials (ie: waxes, oils butters) unless there was an error on the part of Maritime Artisan Supply. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products for all customers. We strongly encourage you to order small amounts to try prior to ordering larger quantities to ensure these products are right for your formulations.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@maritimesupply.ca or (506) 425-1818 with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning your items.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Error on Our Part
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will rectify the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on your preference. We will no longer consider an error on our part if not contacted within 15 days of delivery.
