Where are you located?
We are based in beautiful Carleton County, NB. To keep costs down and pass the savings onto you, we do not operate a retail location. We currently provide real time discounted rate shipping within Canada and a convenient free pickup option at checkout for our local customers, with plans to introduce more pickup locations in the near future!
How are your Shipping Costs Calculated?
Our advanced shipping technology does “virtual packing” into "virtual boxes" and figures out the most economical & safe way to ship the items in your cart, showing you real-time discounted rates with no hidden fees. You’ll only pay what we pay, ensuring you get the best deal every time. If we need to change couriers due to package requirements or delays, Maritime Artisan Supply will incur the additional costs, not you.
What about Bulk purchases?
We're evolving and growing as your needs grow too! We are working diligently to scale our operations to offer larger quantities. This takes more investment in packaging, labeling and actual physical space! As products become available in larger quantities, we will include them as an option for purchase for each product. We appreciate your patience and look forward to adding more soon!
Will you be offering more items for my craft?

Where are your pickup locations? Are they Free?
We currently offer one convenient pickup location free of charge in Bath, New Brunswick. (See Below) Please wait for the notification that your order is ready for pickup before heading out! We are actively working on securing more pickup locations for your convenience!
